Bind Device / HWID
Who should use this guide
Use this page if the product requires one device to be linked to your license before launch.
Before you begin
- Use the exact PC you intend to keep using - Finish login first - Do not bind from a temporary, borrowed, or unstable Windows installation
Steps
1
Log in from the target device
Start from the device you actually want to bind. If you sign in from the wrong machine, you may need a device reset later.
2
Open the device binding action
If the client asks for binding automatically, continue there. If not, open the account or license page and look for the bind action.
3
Confirm the bind only once
Review the confirmation text carefully and complete the bind. Avoid repeated clicking or duplicate submissions while the request is processing.
4
Verify that the device is now registered
Confirm that the account view shows the device as active or bound. Then move to Launch Steps.

Common questions
What if I already bound the wrong device?
Use Reset Device before trying to bind the new machine.
Will reinstalling Windows change the binding?
It can. Treat a major system reinstall as a possible device change unless your support policy says otherwise.
The bind request does nothing.
Check Network Error and Permission Error before retrying.
