Who should use this guide
Use this page when the client or portal rejects your login, says the credentials are invalid, or keeps returning you to the sign-in screen.
Before you begin
- Stop repeated login attempts for a moment - Confirm the exact account email you should be using - Check whether the client version is current
Steps

Check the account email first
Make sure you are using the correct account email, not a second mailbox, billing address, or a typo created by autofill.

Re-enter the password carefully
Paste the password once and remove any leading or trailing spaces. If needed, type it manually to confirm the value.

Check the account state
If login still fails, confirm whether the subscription is active or whether the account was ever fully registered.

Wait if you may be rate-limited
If you already made several failed attempts, wait briefly before trying again. Then contact Support if the same error remains.

Common questions
I am sure the password is correct. Why does it still fail?
The account may be expired, the client may be outdated, or you may be signing in on the wrong endpoint.
I just renewed. Why can I still not log in?
Check Subscription Time. If the new access window is not visible, contact support with the renewal details.
What should I send to support?
Send the account email, the exact error text, the client version, and a screenshot of the failed login state.
