Who should use this guide
Use this page when you are downloading the client for the first time, redownloading it after a bad install, or checking that you have the correct release package.
Before you begin
- Know which product line or release channel you need - Use the official delivery link only - Prepare a clean folder for the new package
Steps

Open the official delivery link
Use the link provided after purchase or by support. Do not reuse files from unknown mirrors, message groups, or third-party archives.

Check the file name and version
Compare the version with Changelog or the version specified by support. If the version does not match, stop here and confirm before installing.

Save the file to a dedicated folder
Create a simple folder such as `Desktop\Mshop` and save the package there. This keeps updates and troubleshooting cleaner later.

Continue to installation
When the download completes, move directly to Installation Steps.

Common questions
Can I keep using an old package I already have?
Only if support instructed you to use that exact version. Otherwise use the current stable package.
The browser warns me before the download finishes. What should I do?

The download completes but the file is missing.
