Basic Requirements

Who should use this guide

Read this page before installation, before moving to a new device, or before opening a support ticket about launch or update problems.

Before you begin

- Use the Windows device that will actually run the client - Close unnecessary overlays or conflicting launch tools while checking the environment - Keep admin access available in case installation or security steps require it

Steps

1

Confirm the operating system and update level

Make sure Windows is supported and reasonably current. Outdated system files often cause loader and permission issues.
2

Confirm local write access

You need a folder where the client can be downloaded, extracted, updated, and launched without Windows blocking file changes.
3

Check security software behavior

If antivirus, SmartScreen, or controlled folder access is aggressive on the target PC, prepare to follow Windows Security Warning Explanation.
4

Confirm internet reachability

The client must be able to reach the login and update endpoints. If your network is filtered, review Network Error.

Common questions

Can I install on more than one device?

Only if your license and binding policy allow it. Read Bind Device / HWID first.

Do I need administrator access?

Not for every action, but some installs, resets, and security prompts will require it.

My Windows setup is unusual or heavily locked down.

Complete Common Windows Fixes and contact support before forcing a partial install.
