Who should use this guide

Use this page after installation and login when the account is ready and you need the normal launch sequence.

Before you begin

- Finish installation first - Sign in successfully - Complete device binding if your product requires it

Steps

Open the client from the correct folder

Start the loader from the actual install folder you want to keep using. Avoid duplicate copies of the same version in different locations.

Wait for version and account checks to finish

Let the client complete its update, version, and account validation steps before you click the main launch action.

Apply the required launch action

Use the main launch button or the exact action described by your product flow. Do not open extra copies during startup.

Confirm the product is running normally

Verify that the expected menu, status, or active session appears. If launch fails, continue to Loader Not Opening.

Common questions

Should I update before every launch?

Always allow required updates when prompted. Running an old version is a common cause of version and login problems.

The launch button is disabled. Why?

Usually the client is still checking status, the account is not ready, or a prerequisite step like binding is incomplete.

The loader opens but the product never starts.

Open Loader Not Opening or Version Mismatch, depending on the exact behavior.
