Who should use this guide
Use this page after purchase and before your first real product launch. It is for users who have a valid account or received instructions to create one.
Before you begin
- Make sure you received the official download or account delivery message - Confirm that your subscription is active - Install the client first if the login happens inside the client
Steps

Open the official login entry
Use the client login window or the official account portal provided with your order. Do not use saved browser bookmarks from older versions unless support confirmed them.

Enter the account email and password exactly
Type the email used for delivery or registration. If the password was generated for you, paste it carefully and check for trailing spaces.

Confirm the account status after sign-in
Verify that the account shows the correct product, access window, or subscription state before you continue to device binding or launch.

Continue to the next required setup step
If your license needs a hardware binding, move to Bind Device / HWID. If the account is already ready, continue to Launch Steps.

Common questions
I can sign in, but I do not see active access.
Check Subscription Time. If the order is new, contact Support with the account email and payment confirmation.
I forgot which email was used for the order.
Search your delivery mailbox or order records first. If you still cannot confirm it, contact support before repeated login attempts trigger rate limits.
The login window says the credentials are invalid.
Open Login Failed and complete that guide before retrying.
