Installation Steps

Who should use this guide

Use this page for a first install, a clean reinstall, or after deleting a broken client folder.

Before you begin

- Download the correct package first - Close old client processes if they are still running - Prepare a folder where updates can write without restriction

Steps

1

Extract or place the package in a clean folder

If the package is compressed, extract it into a fresh folder. Do not mix old and new files in the same directory unless the guide explicitly tells you to update in place.
2

Review the folder contents before launch

Confirm that the main loader and required subfolders are present. If the package looks incomplete, download it again before continuing.
3

Handle Windows prompts correctly

If Windows SmartScreen, UAC, or antivirus prompts appear, stop and read Windows Security Warning Explanation instead of clicking through blindly.
4

Run the loader from the intended folder

Open the loader from the folder where you expect the client to stay. If you move the folder later, update behavior and path checks may break.

Common questions

Can I install directly in a system-protected folder?

It is better to use a simple folder under your user profile unless support gave you a different requirement.

I installed over an old folder. Is that okay?

Not for a first clean setup. Remove the old folder and repeat the install unless you are specifically following Update Guide.

The loader does not open after install.

Open Loader Not Opening and follow that guide step by step.
