Use this page for normal day-to-day sign-in after your account is already created and your subscription is active.
Before you begin
- Confirm the account email - Make sure the subscription is active - Use the current client version whenever possible
Steps

Open the current login entry
Start the login flow from the current client or official portal. Avoid old launchers and shortcuts from outdated folders.

Enter the account email and password
Type or paste the values carefully. If you paste, make sure no extra spaces are included before or after the credentials.

Wait for the account status to load
After sign-in, verify that the product, subscription time, and any device-binding prompts match your expectations.

Move to the next task
If login succeeds, continue to Launch Steps. If it fails, use Login Failed.

Common questions
The password is correct in the website but not in the client. Why?
This usually means the client is outdated, the wrong account email is being used, or the login endpoint cannot be reached.
Do I need to log in every time?
That depends on the product and session policy. If a session expires unexpectedly, log in again and then check Subscription Time.
What if login works and then the account still shows no access?
Confirm the subscription state and contact support with the account email if the portal data is wrong.
