- Use the email address linked to your purchase whenever possible - Make sure you can receive mail at that address - Prepare a password manager or secure place to save credentials
Steps

Use only the registration link supplied in the delivery or support message. Avoid old links from cached bookmarks.

Create the account with the correct email
Use the intended support and order email so future renewal and recovery actions stay simple.

Complete any verification step
If the flow sends a verification email or code, finish that step before trying to sign in from the client.

Sign in and confirm access
After registration, continue to Login and verify that the account is ready for use.

Common questions
Can I register with a different email from the order?
Only if your support policy allows it. If not, use the purchase email or confirm the change with support first.
I did not receive the verification email.
Check spam, wait a few minutes, then contact support if the message never arrives.
The account exists but I still cannot log in.
Continue with Login or open Login Failed if the sign-in still fails.
