Loader Not Opening

Who should use this guide

Use this page when you double-click the loader and nothing appears, the window flashes and closes, or the client never reaches the normal ready state.

Before you begin

- Confirm the file still exists in the install folder - Close all duplicate copies of the loader - Check whether Windows or antivirus removed the file

Steps

1

Confirm the install folder is intact

Open the install folder and verify that the loader and required support files are still present. If files are missing, reinstall from a clean package.
2

Check Windows security history

If the file was quarantined or blocked, resolve that first using Windows Security Warning Explanation.
3

Run the loader from a clean local folder

Move the client to a simple writable path such as `Desktop\Mshop` and try again. Avoid network drives or protected system folders.
4

Apply Windows repair checks if needed

If the file still does not open, continue to Common Windows Fixes.

Replace this block with a clear screenshot of the exact step described in this guide.

Common questions

The loader worked yesterday and now it does nothing. Why?

This usually points to a Windows security change, missing file, broken update, or path issue.

Can I just redownload and overwrite the folder?

Use a clean reinstall path first unless support told you to patch in place.

The process appears in Task Manager but no window opens.

This still counts as a launch failure. Continue with Windows checks and contact support if the process never produces a visible UI.
